Hey, do you like delectable chili with crackers, cheese, and sour cream? Then come to Powell on Nov. 7th for our annual chili cook-off! It's a fun time to show gratitude by tasting and voting on the most delicious recipe. Additionally, if you have a chili recipe that was passed down from generation to generation you can show gratitude to your ancestors by making that recipe and entering it into the chili cook-off contest! It's free and fun so come on Nov. 7th!
Is your CORE+ going to win a free breakfast?! The Healthy Activities CORE+ challenge is underway! If you're in 6th or 8th grade remember to send a picture of yourself reading or listening to an audiobook, 7th graders send a picture of yourself with a pet! to your CORE + teacher by Monday. Your CORE+ will earn points for each picture and the CORE + with the most points at the end of the month will win BREAKFAST!
