Do you like to act crazy with your friends or family? Are you interested in acting or tech in the theater? Then we want you to join the Thespian Troupe! We will meet every Wednesday until Winter Break. Please join us next Wednesday, August 28th for our first meeting. All grades, and all students are welcome to attend. You can find out what things we do all year long and see if you're interested in joining our Troupe! Love to see you on the stage, after school, next Wednesday August 28th!

Students, do you need a quiet distraction free place to get your homework done?  Wouldn't it be great if you could get some help on that one assignment that has been stumping you?  Well look no further than Powell's very own Homework Club!  That right, Homework Club is back! 

Homework Club will meet Monday and Wednesday after school in the media center from 3:40 to 4:40.  Bring your questions, homework and new this year, Arranged make ups and retakes! 

Remember, no need to sign up for the whole year, drop ins welcome.  Looking forward to seeing you there!

Students prepare for competitive events for the State TSA Competition in February in areas such as Comic book design, mousetrap cars, electronics, dragster design and fashion design and more. We also participate in community service projects throughout the year. Come join a group to experience hands-on learning, using machines and tools and an opportunity to be creative!  This year we will also organize a team to participate in the Kickball Tournament!Information meeting is on Back to school night from 5:30-6pm in Room 1210.

A reminder to 7th graders interested in track and field. Your season begins today. Please meet your coaches after school in the gym.  And 6th graders, your volleyball season begins after school tomorrow in the main gym.
