Last week the Thespian Troupe started a POSTER CONTEST for our upcoming play called Bedtime Stories. and we need your creativity! You may want to hand draw a design or use a computer to create something unique. If the troupe votes for your design, it will become our play poster, the front of our playbill, and possibly our t-shirt design too. There is a prize as well. However, there are a few rules for this contest so pick up a rule sheet outside Mrs. Etchells' room, the call board on the back side of the stage, or Mrs. Enley's room. Then be as creative as you want! The deadline is March 1st.
Have you seen the posters around school?? That is right, our annual movie night is back! On March 3rd, doors open at 530, and the movie, “Rise”, begins at 5:45.Be sure to save up your CORE cards and have them turned in to have a chance at VIP seats & benefits. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Last night, Powell hosted our very first home Unfied game. The crowd was filled with students, parents, staff, and community members. The energy was high and our athletes were phenomenal! A VERY special shout-out to a few of our athletes, Adam Shapiro, Farida Shewety, and Jania McNabb for incredible shots & even better celebrations. You sure did keep the crowd wild! Another huge thank you to the art club who surprised our athletes with personalized posters. You brought so much joy! This may have been the best night of the year! Way to go Pumas!
