Our first meeting will be next Wednesday, November 1st, after school in Mrs. Donda's room. See Mrs. Donda or your math teacher for more information.
Giddy up Pumas! Who’s ready to show some gratitude for good times with friends and family and delicious food? The 6th annual Chili Cook-off is around the corner to do just that! Bring your best recipe and challenge other families for the title, or just come to enjoy and taste a variety of chilis while casting your vote for your favorite! This fun and competitive event will be held in the cafeteria on November 16th from 5:30-7. Be on the lookout for an Alert Now message to enter the contest as well as to RSVP so we know you are attending!
A quick reminder to all Battle of the Books participants: We will be creating our teams and playing our first practice rounds during Tutorial next week. In order to be selected for this tutorial, you need to have turned in your permission slip and submitted your five questions for the book you read on the form in the Battle of the Books Google Classroom.
If you have not done these things, please make sure you do so by the end of the day on Friday. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Jordan or Mrs. Calkins. We can’t wait to start our first practice rounds next week!
