Hi, this is Mae. Student Council’s week of Generosity begins today. Monday through Friday this week is the canned food drive - drop off items in room 3040. Tomorrow is the only day to buy raffle tickets for the staff fun day. You can buy tickets before school or during lunch in the cafeteria. All raffle tickets are $1. REMEMBER: TOMORROW IS THE ONLY DAY to buy raffle tickets!
Good morning Pumas! Want to kick start your Tuesday? Need to make up a PE workout? Join us in the gym for TMF - Tuesday Morning Fitness. The school opens at 8 and TMF runs from 8:10-8:45. No sign-up is required and anyone can join throughout the year. See you in the gym!
This is a reminder that auditions for the spring play will be this week after school on Jan. 28th, 29th, & 30th. Sign-ups are located outside Mr. Kelley’s room--Room 1039, downstairs to the right of the north exit. Break a leg!
Want to lower stress, improve brain functioning and reduce the noise within you? Then join us for Mindfulness Meditation on Monday and Friday mornings from 8:15-8:40. If interested, pick up a form from Mrs Chavers.
7th Grade Brain Bowl Teams, we will start meeting again a week from today, on February 3rd after school. We will meet each Monday after that to prepare for the State Brain Bowl Tournament. All Brain Bowl teams are welcome, but 7th Grade Teams are expected. We will be meeting in Mrs. Erickson's room. See you next Monday!
Come cheer for our 8th grade boys basketball teams as they host Euclid after school today.
7th graders we are fast approaching the most important deadline for next fall's Washington DC trip. After January 31st you will no longer be able to get the discounted rate for the trip. So if you have been waiting to get signed up - now is that time. If you have any questions please come see Mr. Genson in room 3066. We are at 94 students currently signed up and I hope with a good final push we can get over 100 students. Get yourself signed up by Friday.
SAGA will meet in Ms. Keirns room 3058 on Wednesday. We will see you there!
