This is a reminder to all 6th graders who'd like to play basketball this year at Powell. Your first practice is today after school in the main gym.
Attention all chess players. Due to a schedule conflict, tomorrow's meeting of the Chess Club is canceled. Again, there is no chess club meeting tomorrow.
Magic: The Gathering Club will meet after school today in room 1068. Please make sure you have a way home when the competition ends at 5:00. See Mrs. Blake with any questions.
The TSA Club is seeking the entire school's help! In February, at our State TSA Competition, we have the opportunity to help the Ronald McDonald House to raise money for sick children and their families. Powell wants to be recognized as the school to contribute the most. Please bring in the tabs from pop cans between now and February 23rd! Collect tabs in a medium-size zip lock bag and deliver them to Mrs. Gaston in Room 1210. Each full zip lock bag will earn CORE cards to the individual that donates. Start collecting now!
