Pumas, it is that time of year, time for the Puma Prowl! The 24th annual fun run is next Wednesday, Oct 5th from 4 - 5 pm. Come run with your friends and/or family on the 1.2 mile course around Puma Park and finish with a fun raffle for your chance to win some great prizes! There is no need to sign up, just show up next Wednesday on the upper field and get ready to run!! See you there!
8th Grade NJHS Applications are due TODAY. Please drop them off in Room 3044 and make sure you have TWO parent signatures, all forms filled out and $20 included in your application. Remember there are no exceptions for late applications.
Teachers - if you have any blue recommendation forms remaining in your rooms, please get them completed and in Mrs. Donda's mailbox by the end of the day as well.
Did you participate in the Math Olympiad in elementary school? Are you interested in challenging yourself with your math understanding and learning problem-solving shortcuts? Would you like to compete against middle school students from other local districts? Come join Powell's MathCounts club starting next week on Tuesday, October 4th in Mrs. Donda's room (3044). Join us from 4 - 5 pm for an informational meeting about what MathCounts is and how you can participate. All grade levels are welcome.
