Alright 7th graders it is time to recover from our Thanksgiving break and revisit that Washington DC trip. Pull out your planner - I'll wait. Now write down the Washington DC meeting at 6:00 PM on Wednesday night. Please plan on attending if you would like to get the necessary details of the registration process. If you are unable to attend then stop by Mr. Genson's room (3066) to get the necessary information. We'll see you there.
Attention all chess players. Powell's Chess Club begins after school tomorrow. Players of all skill levels are welcome, so come to Mr. Lacey's room, room 1043, tomorrow for the first chess club meeting of the year.
Also, this year's LPS Chess Tournament will be held at Newton Middle School on Saturday, December 9. Registration information will be delivered at Chess Club, but it is available in the main office as well.
