The 6th annual Chili Cook off is a friendly and tasty competition for all of Pumas to enjoy! Please join us on November 16th in the cafeteria from 5:30-7pm for some great comfort food and a chance to connect with our wonderful Powell community. The Follies, which is Powell's Talent Show, is this Thursday from 6-8pm in our cafetorium. It is free so come support your classmates that are brave enough to show off their talents! We have singers, actors, a magician, a drummer, and lots more. Bring a little money to buy a snack and support our Thespian Troupe this Thursday for the Follies.
Our next Battle of the Books Tutorial will be on Friday! We will be creating our teams and playing our first practice rounds. Thanks to those of you who have turned in your permission slips and created your first five questions.
If you have not done these things, please turn in your permission slip and submit your five questions for the book you read on the form in the Battle of the Books Google Classroom as soon as possible.
