Cast and crew of How to Get Away With a Murder Mystery, we are attending Arapahoe High School’s County Fair tomorrow night. Please meet us on the attendance steps, in the lobby at 6:30 pm sharp.

Because of the School Dance today after school, we will not have Soccer Club.

Dungeons and Dragons and Photography club is not meeting because of the dance!

Sixth grade students that were in Woods 3rd quarter please come down to the Woods room to pick up your boat and metals project.

Hey Pumas.  After 7th block today, please go to your Core Plus class where you will take attendance and then head directly to the gym for our Spirit Assembly.  Please sit in your grade level sections with your core plus teacher.  This is a spirit assembly where we are cheering only for our competitors.  After the assembly, please head back to core plus, put everything in your locker and come to the dance in the gym after school today from 3:30-4:40.  Tomorrow’s theme is Rival Day.  Grab a friend and dress as rivals.  Arapahoe vs. Heritage, Darth Vader vs Luke Skywalker, CU vs CSU.

And now for the current totals for our spirit week.  7th grade had a strong showing for awkward family photos and the table decorations, winning both yesterday.  8th grade took the win for the girls volleyball game, but neither was enough to overtake the 6th graders.  In first place with 61 points is 6th grade, very close with 57 points is 7th grade and right behind with 43 points is 8th grade.  It all comes down to the spirit assembly.  Who is going to win???

Last night our 8th grade volleyball teams played Euclid!

A team took home another win! The girls played hard and showed their skills, even when we were ahead. Kendall Helm had multiple aces and Grace Farley stepped up when we needed her to play all around.

B team got their first win of the season last night and are showing constant improvement every game. Whitney Hester’s serves were really strong getting us multiple points to pull ahead and Kanada Hicks was playing smart at the net.

C team went to 3 sets and unfortunately ended in a loss. Emme Smith helped with lots of great serves and Evie Vernado sent the balls over the net with lots of strength!

Great job everyone!!
