Last night our 8th grade volleyball teams played Goddard.

A team fought hard in the first set and only lost by 2 points, unfortunately we also lost the second set, but there were lots of great things happening throughout the game. Haley Crozier was able to get us points through serves and kills and Meagan Bartlett had some great passes.

B team won their match with Gemma Strouse getting a bunch of ace serves and Kanada Hicks with multiple kills. Our setters, Gemma and Rebecca were strong at the net and the whole team has made tons of progress.

C team also won their games and did such a great job with their serves and communicating to get the ball. Adaline Kacinski got the team 9 points just through serves and Laynie Askew didn’t give up on the ball.

Great job last night ladies!
