7th graders listen up. Did you hear about this year's Washington DC trip? Here are some of the highlights that the 8th graders got to see and do? Visiting the pandas at the national zoo, seeing the amazing architecture of the library of congress, experiencing the African American Museum and Holocaust museum. Not to mention taking a dinner cruise up the Potomac that turns into an amazing dance party. The list could go on, the play at the Kennedy Center, the wreath laying at the tomb of the unknowns, and who can forget what Larry and Rick provided to the trip. Does this sound like something you want to experience, great because it should. Come to the Washington DC informational meeting on Tuesday night at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria. If you can't attend, no worries please stop by to see Mr. Genson in room 3066.

Our 8th grade Girls basketball teams last night in front of our home crowd! Our A team remains undefeated after they dominated the game against Euclid. Jaya White led the team in steals and assists, Baylie Buckmelter and Esme Counter each grabbed 5 rebounds, Sami Engelland drained a sweet 3 and Cami Jolliff steadied the team with her patience and control. Our B team also collected a win yesterday! Braelyn Winn upset the Euclid offense with 9 steals, and led a 4th quarter run with 6 unanswered points. Jordan St. Martin played tough defense as well, racking up 5 steals. Reagan Ferrigno's speed was hard to match as she made several breakaway layups. Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer on our amazing teams!
