The Powell Follies were a big success last night! We had over 150 people attend and congratulations to all of our talent that performed last night. Mrs. Stephens and Mrs Enley are extremely proud of you. Thank you to all the teachers, parents, students, and community who supported us. We learned some things moving forward into the Follies next Fall. Special thanks to Mrs Etchels, Mrs Sheets, for supporting us with the student store and popcorn sales. If you missed some of our teachers or staff swimming on stage, follow Powell on Instagram to see the video! Last night we raised over $300 for the Thespian Troupe!!! This will certainly help pay for the spring play, which is.................(drum roll, please). Our Spring play is.....................Bedtime Stories!!! Watch the movie with Adam Sandler if this play is not familiar to you.

There will be an audition workshop for anyone interested in auditioning for the spring play on December 21, 4-5 on the stage.

Today is the LAST DAY of our Dental Drive. Make sure to get all of your toothpaste and floss donations to your CORE Plus teacher by the end of the day today so that we can determine if Mrs. Donda's CORE will truly be bringing home the trophy! It seems like there is some pretty stiff competition out there. Thank you to all Pumas for your generosity and support with helping a local food pantry.
